Our teacher!

This lovely lady is our theacher, Mrs. Kumiko Wakaida. She was a great gymnast and dancer. She learned silks in France. She is one of the most famous aerial teachers in Japan. Her class is fun, easy to understand, helpful to be a good performer.

Observing......

Wow....! When I entered the studio, my eyes were nailed to her beautiful movement. She is amazing performer. She is a aerial performer of Ayumi Hamasaki, one of the most famous singer in Japan.

Aerial Studio Ku (空)

Our studio's name is Ku( 空), which means sky. We practice tissue( silks), a kind of aerial performance. This is our entrance!

Our First Performance

We performed for our best friend, the theme is "love". We found many points to improve.....need more practice! The most serious problem is my shoulders are getting bigger.

We are ready!

Let's eat Okonomi-yaki!

Cooking......

When we hold a okonomiyaki-party, a hot plate is very useful. We just wait...to eat!

Okonomi-yaki ( Savory Pancake)

What is Okonomi-yaki? Festival and street favorite is okonomi-yaki( oh-koe-no-me-yah-kee), often described as a pancake. It starts out as a thick batter into which chopped vegetables, seafood, meat, and egg and fried like a pancake. Many diners dip the bite-size pieces into a sauce before eating. You can add anything you want, for example, diced beef, clams, corn, octopus, shrimp, squid, various vegetables. Rice cake and cheese are my recommendation!

Farewell Party

Today we have a farewell party for our good frined. After training, we cooked Okonomi-yaki ( Sacory Pancak).

Lovely Pole Dancer !

Wow......! Is this Japanese pole dancer? How cute she is! Her style was not usual pole dancer's one. She seemed like enjoying the music and loving dance very much.

Night Club

In our aerial studio, there are many pole dancers practicing silks. One of the dancers invited me to her event. This is my first time to see pole dance show.....exciting!!
The place is called UP in Takeshiba.( http://www.uptokyo.com/)

Thanks to Club Med!

I appreciate all of my friends who brought me to the circus world! I experienced such a great moment with my best friends.I joined Club Med Kabira( Ishigaki Island, Okinawa, in Japan), 2006. That was my first experience to work for Club Med as a fitness instructor. 2008, I joined second time as a yoga instractour in Bintan( Indonecia). After a few months training, I had a opportunity to be a circus instructor. Now, I 've stopped Club Med, and practice silks in Tokyo.
